Rules

What you are actually agreeing to.

You are buying nothing. There is no product, no service, no delivery.

All sales are final. No refunds. When the site sells out, 10% pays for children's surgery.

What you get

A line on this website. Depending on what you paid, that line is a number, a name, a message, or a message with a link. Nothing is shipped, sent, downloaded, unlocked or delivered. There is no service behind the payment and none is implied.

Refunds

There are none. The checkout says so, the tick box says so, and this page says so. Opening a dispute with your bank does not un-buy nothing — it only removes your entry from the site.

Messages

Messages are reviewed by a human before they appear. A message is removed if it contains:

Length limits: 80 characters on Nothing Pro, 140 on Nothing Max. The site may remove a message at its own discretion, without a refund. The number and the position stay.

Names and the leaderboard

Every purchase carries a name and a numbered slot. Buy again and you get another slot with another number — all of it adds to the total that ranks you on the leaderboard. Purchases are grouped by a hash of your checkout email, so the same email means the same row.

Slots

Nothing Max is limited to 10 in the world, Nothing Pro to 100, Nothing to 1000. Numbers are handed out in order and cannot be chosen. When a tier is gone it is gone; there is no waiting list and no second batch.

Charity

Once all 1111 slots are sold, 10% of everything raised pays for surgery for children in Uzbekistan. No money is handed over in cash. Each transfer pays a named hospital invoice for one child, and both the invoice and the bank confirmation are published here — the proof is issued by the hospital, not by us. Where the family agrees to it in writing, the story is filmed too. The running totals — raised, 10% of it, and what has been paid — are on the charity page at all times. Until the site sells out, no transfer is due. This is a commitment, not an intention.
