Terms of Service

Last updated 5 September 2026.

1. Who you are dealing with

nothings.wtf (“the site”, “we”) is operated by Amar Farkhadi. Contact: hi@nothings.wtf. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, acting as merchant of record for the sale; your card statement will show them, and tax on the transaction is handled on their side.

2. What is being sold

Nothing is delivered. There is no product, no service, no file, no shipment and no access to anything. What you buy is an entry on this website: a numbered slot carrying the name you supply, and — depending on the tier — a short message, a link and a logo. That entry is the entire subject of the purchase, and it exists only for as long as the site does.

The tiers, their prices and their limits are fixed:

Slot numbers are assigned automatically in the order payments are confirmed. Numbers cannot be chosen, reserved, exchanged or transferred to another person.

3. Payment and confirmation

An entry appears only after the payment provider confirms the payment. Until then it is held as pending and is not shown anywhere on the site. If a payment is confirmed but no entry appears within a reasonable time, write to us and we will resolve it.

4. No refunds

All sales are final. Because nothing is delivered, there is nothing to return, and no cooling-off period is offered. You confirm this before paying by ticking a box that reads “I understand I am buying nothing”. Initiating a chargeback does not reverse the purchase; it results in the entry being removed from the site while the amount remains subject to the payment provider's dispute process.

5. What you may not put on the site

By submitting a name, message, link or image you confirm that it does not contain:

You keep ownership of what you submit and grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display it on the site and in material about the site, for as long as the entry exists.

6. Moderation

Messages are reviewed by a person before they appear. We may remove a message, link, image or name at our discretion and without a refund, including after it has been published. The slot number and the purchase record remain; only the content is withdrawn.

7. The charity commitment

When all 1111 slots have been sold, 10% of everything the site has taken pays for surgery for children in Uzbekistan. No money is handed over in cash. Each transfer pays a named hospital invoice for one child, and both the invoice and the bank confirmation are published here — the proof is issued by the hospital, not by us. Where the family agrees to it in writing, the story is filmed too. Running totals — raised, owed and paid — are published on the charity page, together with every transfer.

This is an undertaking by the operator, not a charitable trust: no money is held on trust for any beneficiary, and buyers acquire no right to direct where it goes. Nothing on this site is a donation by you, and no purchase is tax deductible for you.

8. Availability

The site is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be available without interruption, and we may change, suspend or discontinue it. If the site is discontinued, entries stop being displayed; the amounts paid are not refunded, and the charity commitment above survives.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent the law permits, our total liability arising out of any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including liability for fraud.

10. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to make the payment. Do not buy on behalf of somebody else without their authority, and do not use a card that is not yours.

11. Changes

These terms may change. The version in force is the one published here on the day of your purchase; changes do not apply retroactively to entries already bought.

12. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and disputes are subject to its courts, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
